A Board Update

Sound Child Care Solutions is pleased to welcome Seema Poudel to our Board of Directors! Seema serves as a Senior Corporate Accountant and is a Licensed CPA and brings a strong foundation in financial stewardship and operational strategy—skills that will help strengthen SCCS’s long-term sustainability and impact.

Seema is passionate about using her expertise to support mission-driven organizations. As a board member, she hopes to help SCCS grow its impact by championing intentional, innovative practices that build sustainable systems for high-quality early learning and long-term community well-being.



Outside of her professional and volunteer responsibilities, Seema enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and exploring new places and cuisines. We are grateful for the perspective and leadership she brings and look forward to the meaningful contributions she will make to our work!
