Shared Services

Running a high quality child care center requires a multifaceted and diverse set of skills. While child care centers must operate as a successful business, they also serve as an important partner in the intimate work of educating and nurturing children in preparation for Kindergarten. In a consortium framework, Center Directors and teachers are appropriately supported, and Central Office staff help to ensure that resources are used equitably and effectively.
