This November, voters will consider the renewal of the “Families, Education, Preschool, and Promise (FEPP) 2025 Levy,” reflecting Seattle’s ongoing commitment to equity-focused investments across the continuum of education and opportunity--"reducing barriers, connecting youth to caring adults, and creating community through culturally responsive programs" (Seattle Department of Education and Early Learning).

In April, Mayor Bruce Harrell introduced the Every Child Ready Initiative, featuring both new and continuing programs designed to ensure that every child in Seattle is prepared to Start, to Learn, and to Launch. The renewal of the FEPP Levy serves as the cornerstone of this initiative.
Policies and funding decisions directly shape the quality and accessibility of early education. At SCCS, we are proud to advocate for Seattle's children and to highlight for our community why investments in early learning matter. Click, HERE to learn more about the FEPP Levy!
