This month, Karina Rojas Rodriguez, Center Director of Southwest Early Learning Bilingual Preschool (SWEL) celebrates 16 years with Sound Child Care Solutions! Recognized as an expert in dual language programming in early learning, Karina brings a deep knowledge and passion for creating inclusive and culturally responsive classrooms for children in the South Delridge neighborhood of West Seattle.

As a longtime leader with SCCS, Karina has guided educators and programs in designing high-quality learning environments that celebrate children's home languages and cultural expressions. Karina's leadership continues to strengthen SCCS's commitment to equity and excellence in early learning, making her a trusted voice and advocate for dual language learners, their families, and early learning professionals.
