Celebrating a Year of Impact

Dear Valued Partners,

As we close out the year, I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude for your continued support of our mission. This has been a year of meaningful impact and steady progress for our children, families, and education professionals. Together, we served 475 children, nurtured strong relationships with families, and upheld our promise to provide consistent, high-quality anti-bias care — even amid the ongoing challenges facing the childcare sector. We’re particularly proud that 89% of children in our Pre-K classrooms achieved kindergarten-readiness benchmarks — a testament to their hard work and the unwavering support of their families and our educators.

Early childhood education and leadership development for education professionals are two of the most important investments a community can make. Research consistently shows that children who receive strong early education build better social and academic foundations, experience greater long-term stability, and are more likely to thrive in school and in the workforce. When we strengthen early learning and our educators, we strengthen families, support working parents, and lay the groundwork for a healthier, more equitable future for our entire community.
