Please help us celebrate Southwest Early Learning Bilingual Preschool's (SWEL) Level 5 rating in Washington State’s Early Achievers—the highest possible designation within the state’s Quality Rating and Improvement System (QRIS)! SCCS is proud that all chapters within the consortium have earned a Level 3 rating or higher, reflecting our shared commitment to high-quality early childhood education.

A Level 5 designation represents top-tier quality and exceptional learning environments grounded in strong instructional practices, rigorous staff training, and meaningful family engagement. This recognition affirms SWEL’s unwavering dedication to excellence in early childhood education and family services.
